The Purpose and Mission of the One community cultural festival are to promote, celebrate, and share diversity of the cultures, traditions, and people in Omaha and the surrounding areas to build better understanding, relationships, and acceptance for one another through dance, song, food, and commerce at our annual community festival.
​Cultural diversity is a beautiful and beneficial aspect to our community. Ideas, traditions, values, and knowledge have been important parts of Omaha. We accept all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, disabilities, and sexual orientation.
Our Vision is to create a community where all individuals feel safe, accepted, and are free to express their cultures and traditions without fear, judgment, or shame. our core values include Harmony, Compassion, and Inclusion.
