James Wimmer Bristol Bluegrass Spring Fest

James Wimmer loved Bluegrass music and especially Bluegrass Gospel. He was blessed to write many beautiful gospel songs – usually from an inspiration from a sermon he had heard or a life experience. He had sung with his family for 20 years.

In May 2014, we lost James but it was his dream to have a local Bluegrass Festival and his family and friends have worked very hard to make that happen. His love for Bluegrass music was known by everyone who knew him.

Each year we put together a fantastic lineup of bands, traditional, gospel and contemporary that we know James would enjoy and love to share with all of you at his Festival. Please come join us and have a wonderful time!
