The Richmond Area Arts Council and Richmond Centre have partnered for a 2024 Holiday Festival event! This event is free and open to the public, and it will take place on Dec. 14 from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. under a large tent by the fountain at Richmond Centre. Kim Owens Photography will provide photos with Santa, live music will be provided by Wanda Barnett and Owen Grise, and gift bags and crafts will be available.
