The Mushroom Festival is our biggest fundraising event of the year. This festival supports our work stewarding native habitats and providing outdoor environmental education.

A huge mushroom exhibit where you can learn about hundreds of local species
Educational talks from local experts
Edible and poisonous mushrooms display, including an expert identification table

Guided nature walks by local naturalists

Local foods, arts, and crafts
Kids crafts and activities
Cider pressing, scarecrow contest, and hay rides!

2:30 to 3:15 – Bob Rudel, Rainforest Mushrooms: Care and Feeding of your Mushroom Kit
3:45 to 4:30 Chef David Erickson, Painting with Foods: Cooking demonstration on Mushroom canapés.
