Join us for the 3rd Annual WVSU High School Honor Band Festival. Dr. Scott Woodard, WVSU Music Chair and Orchestra Director, will be conducting the Gold Band, while Prof. Joshua Cole, WVSU Band Director, will be conducting the Black Band.
