Schedule:
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: 4-H/FFA Turkey Weigh-in Beef Scales
8:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Commercial Building Vendor Set-up Schedule
Vendors are allowed to set up Saturday from 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Tuesday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Must be ready and open to the public by 2:00 PM on Tuesday.
Booth take down times: Sunday, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM and Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
8:45 AM - 9:30 AM: 4-H/FFA Goat Weigh-in Goats will weigh in at the scales in the sale barn
9:00 AM: 4-H/FFA Dairy Fitting and Showing
4-H/FFA Dairy Quality Jack Funk Pavilion. The 4-H/FFA dairy youth will show their young dairy heifers.
9:00 AM: Judge ALL Open Class Exhibits
10:00 AM: 4-H/FFA Turkey Quality
Turkey Quality; Turkey Barn, no spectators the judge will be look over animals and judge based on quality of animals.
11:00 AM: 4-H/FFA Goat Quality and Fitting & Showing
4-H/FFA Goat Quality in the Sale Barn. Followed by Goat Cloverbud Show .
Immediately after the Cloverbud show Goat Fitting & Showing will begin.
1:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Entertainment - Free Stage
The Free Stage offers entertainers a chance to show off their talents to the public. This is located on the stage on the south lawn where you can also stay to enjoy other activities as well!
2:00 PM: 4-H/FFA Turkey Show
4-H/FFA Turkey Fitting & Showing and Sale Barn. Do you want to see turkeys strut their stuff? If so, plan on attending this event and watch while 4-H youth show off their feathered friends.
2:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Commercial Building Open
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: 4-H/FFA Beef Weigh-in Beef Scales
6:30 PM: Motorcycle and ATV Rodeo
2 nights of motorcycles and ATV races with expanded age brackets--ages 4 and up are invited to participate! Entry Fee depends on the bracket.
Check-in from 5:00 to 6:00 pm and drivers meeting at 6:15 pm. Rodeo Starts at 6:30 pm. See the Motorcycle and ATV Rodeo Page for Details.
