Schedule:

7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: 4-H/FFA Dairy Weigh-in Beef Scale Area

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Enter 4-H Perishable Project Exhibits

Enter 4-H perishable project exhibits (including foods and produce) into the 4-H/Open Class Building.

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Commercial Building Vendor Set-up Schedule

Vendors are allowed to set up Saturday from 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Tuesday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Must be ready and open to the public by 2:00 PM on Tuesday.

Booth take down times: Sunday, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM and Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

9:00 AM: Judge 4-H/FFA Projects

Judging begins at 9:00 am.

10:30 AM: 4-H/FFA Dairy Quality

4-H/FFA Dairy Quality Jack Funk Pavilion. The 4-H/FFA dairy youth will show their young dairy heifers.

3:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Enter ALL Open Class Exhibits

Includes Art, Baking, Candy, Food Preservation, Ceramics/Pottery/Sculpture, Flowers/Gardening, Handwork, Home & Hobby, Legos/Knex, Photography, Produce/Crops, Quilting, Sewing, Woodworking/Leathercraft.

6:30 PM: 4-H/FFA Dairy Sale Come support the youth at the Dairy Sale. Sale Barn

6:30 PM: Motorcycle and ATV Rodeo

2 nights of motorcycles and ATV races with expanded age brackets--ages 4 and up are invited to participate! Entry Fee depends on the bracket.
Check-in from 5:00 to 6:00 pm and drivers meeting at 6:15 pm. Rodeo Starts at 6:30 pm. See the Motorcycle and ATV Rodeo Page for Details.

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: 4-H Auction Baskets Need to be Delivered Deliver to the 4-H/Open Class Building

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: 4-H Booth Arranging in the 4-H/Open Class Building
