5:30 a.m Balloon Launch at Cambridge Central School

9 am-4pm Buffalo Sunrise Artisan Market at Lakota’s Farm-Artists, Crafters, Live Music, Beer, Wine & Food Trucks. Admission $2, Children 12 and under Free.

10 am-5 pm Cambridge U.P. Church Flea Market with Food Vendors, Main & Park Streets

11 am-3 pm Open House at Monastic Communities of New Skete, New Skete Lane

12 pm-10pm Balloon Fest Carnival & Rides at Cambridge Central School

12pm-4 pm Strawberry Festival at St. Patrick’s Church on the lawn-Strawberries, Biscuits or Cake, Cool Whip or Cream, Ice Cream and Drinks

1-8 pm Class of 2027 Craft Fair,  Food Trucks at Cambridge Central School

9am-4pm  Cambridge Valley Flying Club- Aviation Day/Fly-in at Chapin Field– airplane displays, plane rides, food. Rain Date June 4

10 am-2 pm Lions Clubs Balloon Festival Car Show at St. Patrick’s Church (17 South Park Street) Rain Date: June 4th. Organized by the Cambridge Valley Lions Club. Music, trophies & food.

6:30-7:30 p.m Balloon Launch at Cambridge Central School

9-10 p.m Moon Glow Celebration at Cambridge Central School
